Admission Prerequisites

Approximate age limits are given below:

Play Group 2 Years to 2 ½ Years
Pre-Nursery 2 ½ Years to 3 Years
Nursery 3 ½ Years to 4 Years
Kindergarten 4 ½ Years to 5 Years
Class 1 5 ½ Years to 6 Years
Class 2 6 ½ Years to 7 Years
Class 3 7 ½ Years to 8 Years
Class 4 8 ½ Years to 9 Years
Class 5 9 ½ Years to 10 Years
Class 6 10 ½ Years to 11 Years
Class 7 11 ½ Years to 12 Years
Class 8 12 Years to 13 ½ Years

We conduct admissions on the first come first basis currently and at the availability of our limited seats in the classrooms (maximum 20 students in a classroom) and after an admission test for the higher level of classes. Success in an interview following the Written Test.

Enrollment Procedure

          * Complete the Admissions Form in all respects
          * Attach

                      * Four Passport sized photographs
                      * Last Examination Result and a School Leaving Certificate of the previous attended,
                         if applicable, to the Admission Form.
                     * A Copy of the student's Birth Certificate

          * Hand in all of the above to the Admission Office.
          * The passing of written Tests in English Language, Urdu and Mathematics.
          * Success in an interview following the written Tests.

Schedule for Payment of Fees

                     The fee will be paid on bi-Monthly basis (except the last two installments - Fee for Summer Vacation [July &
                     August] will be collected with the Months of April & May)
                     1st Payment September to October by the 7th of September
                     2nd Payment November to December by the 7th of November
                     3rd Payment January to February by the 7th of January
                     4th Payment March to May by the 7th of March
                     5th Payment June to August by the 7th of May
                     (Earlier in case of new admissions)

Scholarships

                     Scholarships are awarded on merit only and are reviewed every year.

The uniform for Hifz girls is the same as the regular girls uniform. Hifz boys have the choice of wearing Shalwar Kurta or they can also wear Trousers and Shirt as the regular students.

Rules and Regulations

All dues (except security deposit) once paid are not refundable under any circumstances. Fee for the full term is charged at the time of admission, irrespective of the month of admission. Fee must be paid for the full term irrespective of illness, absence, or early withdrawal. Fee bills are usually sent to parents through their child, fifteen days before the due date. It is the parent’s responsibility to check with the account office in case the bill is not received. Any charges deemed necessary such as field trip, class presentations, group photographs, etc. will be levied as and when required. Late payment fines are payable without any concession. Please note that not receiving fee bills will not be considered as a reason for delayed payments. If a child is absent without leave for a period of more than two weeks, he will be deemed to have left school and will have to undergo the complete admission procedure in order to regain entry. There will be a 15% concession in tuition fee for the second and 20% for the third siblings of students already studying in the school. There will a tentative increase of 10 – 15% in fee annually (in the month of August). In case of withdrawal, a written application must reach the office at least one month.

A security refund will be granted only if:

1. The school has received the withdrawal notice at least one month before the beginning of the next fee term.
2. Full fee for the term during which the pupil leaves has been paid and all other dues are cleared.
3. The refund is claimed within one year from the date of withdrawal.
