IISS expressly reserves the right to revoke the right granted in this paragraph for breach of these terms and to take any action it deems appropriate.
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and IISS. By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. IISS does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Web site. Please note that any information or material sent to IISS will be deemed NOT to be confidential. By sending IISS any information or material, you grant IISS an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information, and you also agree that IISS is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose. However, we will not release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you submitted materials or other information to us unless: (a) we obtain your permission to use your name; or (b) we first notify you that the materials or other information you submit to a particular part of this site will be published or otherwise used with your name on it; or (c) we are required to do so by law. IISS also holds the right to use the pictures, videos and work of any child, parent or visitor (employed or non-employed by IISS) produced or submitted to IISS.
IISS shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities and Pakistan Cyber Crime Authority or court order requesting or directing IISS to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of these terms and conditions.
While IISS endeavors to ensure that the Web Site is normally available 24 hours a day, IISS shall not be liable if for any reason the Web Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to the Web Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the control of IISS.
Limitation of Liability
IISS excludes all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with the Web Site in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of the Web Site, any websites linked to the Web Site or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the Web Site or your downloading of any material from the Web Site or any websites linked to the Web Site. Because some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If any portion of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with Pakistan law to the greatest extent possible. If any of the terms of this Agreement become or are declared to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such term(s) shall be null and void and shall be deemed deleted from this Agreement. All remaining terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pakistan courts. The waiver by IISS of a breach of any provision of this Agreement will not operate to be interpreted as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
